Story: This is somewhere that makes you forget where you are. What I mean to say is that the city you're in slips away from you once you find yourself here, as if this place is strangely separate from its environs, distant somehow from the cold air and the grime and the buildings and the roads. Here the air is warm and heavy with scent and moisture, and here orchids burst into bloom, bright patches of colour against the deep green of the vegetation, matched in their beauty only by the beating wings of the butterflies that make this place their home. And your eyes ignore the trelliswork that peeks through the leaves and the air that is piped in warm. Because hidden amongst all the order of your world, you have found a wild place, growing and defiantly beyond your everyday predict-and-control.
