Story: I caught my first glimpse from my home on the craggy coastline. I live in a lighthouse no longer in need of a keeper, but handed down to me by those who once were charged with sailors' lives and safe waters. My grandad once told me of a night when the stars crashed into the sea, full moon shining, the waves edged in white light. He saw it from the top of the tower, but now it's my turn, and maybe it's once in a lifetime, so no time for thought, just sailing, one man and his craft and thousand falling stars. And I watch it close up, a different generation and a change in perspective, but still the same story: two young men, dreamers and seekers of stars, separated only by time.
