Story: The sun rises over the ocean, soft pink against a bright blue sky, and I feel as if this new day is my chance for a fresh start. Nothing in my world has really changed – but I've realised I can see everything differently. I plan to notice how small my problems are compared to this great ocean. And I plan to remember that I can let my worries disappear into the vastness of the sky. Sitting here on the sand and watching the sunrise has somehow given me strength and hope and courage. I stand up and dust the sand from my legs. This is the first day of the rest of my life.
