Story: Answers – I do so like it when I receive them in writing! They tend to be clearer, you know. I mean, signs have their place, of course, but their interpretation isn't always straightforward – and they always leave a little too much room for getting things entirely wrong. Don't look at me like that! A good king needs good advice. Only the very worst of leaders would assume they knew absolutely everything about absolutely everything. So what I do is whisper my questions to the wind, my tone gentle. And every so often the doves deliver brief letters. Usually the missives contain words of wisdom. Sometimes they include a short paragraph of encouragement, a bit of reassurance that I'm on the right track. They're just what a king needs to do a good job, these little messages of hope.
