Story: I sit here on the edge, wondering if the direction of the wind will decide whether I fall this way or that. I've been struggling for a while, trying to get to where I've always wanted to be, but the journey has been harder than anything I could've imagined, and I'm not sure if I would've set off on this road if I'd known what would lie ahead of me. I am balanced, but precariously. It could go either way. I'm tempted to let it happen, see which way the wind blows. But then it surges up from inside me, a courage I didn't know I had, a strength that screams and shouts and demands that I hold on and hold out for the life I've always hoped to live. And that's it. I'll fight on.
