Story:
'I was just going to settle in here for a kip, but I don't suppose I'm going to be able to do that now that you've found me, am I?'
'I don't understand you! Why do you always want to sleep, anyway? Puppies are supposed to be full of energy, you know.'
'I'm a basset. I'm supposed to take naps. Lots of them. As long as you're snuggled inside a shoe like me, why don't you take a nap too?'
'I don't want to take a nap. Naps are boring. I want to play!'
'Well, go and play, then.'
'I want to play with you!'
'But I'm so sleepy!'
'Do you hear footsteps? I hear footsteps!'
'I think someone's looking for their shoes.'
'Now we're in trouble!'
'Maybe. But we're going for a walk. We can't possibly be left behind!'
'I thought you were sleepy.'
'I'm not too sleepy for a walk.'
'Did you plan this? I think you planned this!'
'Well, maybe I did.'
