Story: It was dark when we returned home, spring in full bloom but the long days of summer yet to arrive. I ran ahead of you down the path, the wind cold against my bare arms, for I hadn't worn a coat. I turned around towards you, playfully, teasing, for I didn't want the evening to end, and the breeze somehow understood, sweeping blossoms from the trees, petals falling all around me like confetti, a silent affirmation that we should continue to dance.
