Story: You know that feeling when it's almost lunchtime, but not quite. And you're just that little bit peckish, but it seems sort of wrong to sit down for a big meal. Steak and chips at that time, a crime; even a nice big salad seems, well, a bit greedy. So the best option in such cases is to avoid all guilt feelings and assuage your hunger with something that isn't even a proper lunch food. A little cupcake, such as this one I've chosen, for example. Now that's the sort of food that no one would even think of as being your lunch. And even if it's a little heavy as you cart it towards the table, don't be literal about it: it's a light lunch. You know what I mean.
