Story: She feels it more here in the changing room than she ever does on the stage, all her anticipation and excitement experienced in these short moments when she exchanges leotard and legwarmers for tutu, her nerves to be abandoned here alongside her practice clothes as she turns herself into someone else for her audience. So she runs her hand over the stiff fabric of the skirt and allows herself to feel the butterflies, before she sets them free and walks towards the door.
